art commisions

꩜This payment is for a digital good in the form of a digital image that is custom made to the customers order. No physical item will be received by/shipped to the buyer.
✸If you think that a specific commission cannot be done with my art style, then you may want to reconsider commissioning me.✸I will not draw anything that’s offensive and have a right to decline any commission that makes me uncomfortable.✸If you’re unsure about anything, please don’t be afraid to ask.✸Work in progress art will always be provided, if I make any mistakes or you want any edits or fixes, please let me know and be clear with the changes you want made.✸Turnout rates are usually 1 month after I start on a commission, I will contact you if there is any extension to that period.

artist and commissioner

꩜By commissioning me, you’re purchasing my artist time and labor only. I retain all copyrights over my work.✸The commissioner may upload the work done for them to their site as long as it is credited and/or linked back to any of my galleries like Bluesky, Tumblr, ToyHouse or others available in my Carrd.✸Once a piece is commissioned, you may use it for any personal use that you please, including but not limited to icons, signatures, layouts, wallpapers, themes and personal site display.✸You are not allowed to trace or copy my art in any way, edit or take pieces from different artworks and use it as your own.✸You may not claim my work to be your own, properly credit me.✸You may NOT redistribute my artwork, sell it as NFTS, or use it for AI training. You will be blacklisted and warned about.

adopts/designs

꩜ This applies to all my character designs: pre-made characters, adopts or custom designs.✸You can change the design however you like, but you cannot edit my art.✸You may not claim the original design as your own work.꩜ All sales are final for adopts and custom designs, I do not do refunds;if you no longer want a design, you may gift, trade, or resell it to someone else.✸You may sell a design that you bought for a higher price only if there is additional art, such as commissions, personal art, or gift art to add additional value to the design.

ordering

꩜ When ordering you must keep in mind:✸I will not work with character descriptions [unless a custom design is being ordered](*If a reference provided is shaded, rendered, or traditional, there may be some discrepancies with the color palettes, so keep that in mind)✸By commissioning me, you need to provide me with a clear reference image of the character you want to be used.✸Please describe as much details as needed when ordering, and be clear with what you want.✸The orders are not first come first serve, if for whatever reason I'm unable to work on your commission or don't feel comfortable working on it, your order will not be accepted and any payment made WILL be refunded.

payment

꩜ All payment must be made be in USD. Via Paypal.
